This hunting lease is leased and not available. The potential on this property really caught my attention. The property was select cut a few years back. This put a road system in all the way to the top. It will however need some work to clear the roads. Once you have access to the top, I found several great setups on this mountain. Plenty of tracks and scraps in the roads during my inspection. The landowner is willing to make easy access to get ATVs to the logging roads going up the mountain. Camping with electricity can be arranged with the landowner.

This is a working cattle farm. Cattle are fenced out of the woods.

Located just minutes from Summersville, all the necessary amenities can be found there.
